to say Mrs. lisa? It’s covered! want a current custom in your mascot name? it’s covered too! What’s NOT covered? Any custom design that you want me to create from scratch… umm THAT! That would not be covered. but any already listed design that just needs a name change… it’s covered!

CANCELATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your membership at any time. Your club benefits will expire once the remaining time of your membership ends. If you choose to cancel your membership you must do so through your paypal account. It is your responsibility to make sure your subscription is canceled. I will not issue refunds for memberships.
PAUSING: Pausing a membership is not allowed and will be moved to canceled.
DISCOUNTS: Although discounts should automatically apply at checkout, it is your responsibility to make sure your cart total is correct and reflects the discounts prior to checkout. IF YOUR TOTAL IS WRONG EMAIL ME, DO NOT PROCEED WITH PAYMENT AS ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND YOU WILL NOT BE CREDITED FOR DISCOUNTS THAT DID NOT APPLY PROPERLY.
FREE PRINTS: You are required to add the FREE PRINT to your cart for every purchase. It is not automatically applied and will not be added on to your order after checkout. Free prints are random.
RUSH ORDERS: By purchasing the rush order you agree to send an email after purchase to melisa@socuteappliques.net with subject line: RUSH ORDER You understand that by purchasing the rush order, we (SoCuteAppliques) cannot guarantee delivery date. The rush option only guarantees that your order will be processed faster. Once your order is shipped, delays caused by USPS, UPS, FEDEX or any other shipping service are out of our control.
