All our patches are designed, digitized and stitched in house! NO mass produced patches here!Â
We offer several different types and styles of patches: Embroidered, leatherette, DTF, Sublimation, and glitter HTV to name a few. PLEASE be aware of the different types when ordering. Sublimation for example can ONLY be placed on light colored polyester fabric. You can also choose your backing if you choose a patch. Sew-on or iron on. We typically use heat and bond lite for our hat patches. We also have heat and bond ULTRA if needed but the lite seems to work perfectly for hats since they are not laundered or have anything pulling on them.
INK & THREAD COLORS:
Please see our printed ink color chart for color examples. It is nearly impossible to get a good pic/example of thread colors but we do our best to match them to the printed chart. We do have a LOT more colors of thread if needed. Please feel free to ask BEFORE purchasing if you need something specific.
APPLICATION INTRUCTIONS:
Each type will have different instructions and will be included in your order. We suggest you use a good quality heat press with pressure and temperature adjustments no matter what type you choose. The instructions included are a starting point and may need to be adjusted for your press since they are all a little different.
