You will need to add ONE Custom Art Fee to your cart FOR EVERY design you need created, NOT EVERY TRANSFER, you need 1 design fee per DESIGN. This does NOT include the color changes already offered. Those are FREE! Once your design has been created you will NOT need to purchase this again in the future! You will be sent a private link to purchase transfers in the future without any further fees!
